TrackingHabits

A habit tracker for iPhone that keeps everything on your device. No account, no sign-in, nothing sent anywhere.

Privacy policy

Last updated 25 August 2026.

TrackingHabits does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. There is no account to create and no server to create it on.

What the app stores

The habits you create and the days you tick are saved in a file inside the app's own container on your iPhone. Nothing is sent anywhere. There is no analytics, no advertising identifier and no third-party SDK.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder, iOS schedules that notification on your device. No reminder text and no schedule leaves the phone. Turning the reminder down at the permission prompt costs you nothing else in the app.

Widgets and Siri

The Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and the Siri phrases for logging a habit, read and write the same on-device file the app does. They run on your iPhone and talk to nothing outside it.

Deleting your data

Because nothing is ever uploaded, there is no copy anywhere else to request, export or erase.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and collects nothing from anyone, of any age.

Changes to this policy

If this ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top, and the copy shipped inside the app under Settings → Privacy will change with it.
